No, 24K Markets is not regulated, and that’s the first red flag I noticed when I looked into them. As a 24k markets broker without oversight from a financial authority, there’s no guarantee that my funds are protected. If something goes wrong — like a withdrawal delay or dispute — I wouldn’t have the legal backing I’d get with a regulated broker. This is why I’d only start with a small amount to test them.

Is 24K Markets safe and legit for me to trade with?
From my personal point of view, I wouldn’t call them fully safe because there’s no license in place. In terms of is 24k markets legit, yes, they are an active broker with a platform and a website, but the absence of regulation means no official investor protection. I treat any funds I put there as high risk.
