Onlara karşı sert olabilirim, ama hissettiğim bu! Müşteri hizmetlerinin en kısa zamanda iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor. Destek ekibi konuları biliyor gibi görünüyor, ancak yanıt vermeleri çok zaman alıyor. Beklemeye dayanamıyorum, bunu kendime saygısızlık olarak görüyorum… İşlem konusunda ise büyük bir sorun yaşamadım. Spreadler 0.6 pip değil, genellikle eur/usd için 1.2 pip, bu da kabul edilebilir. Komisyonların sıfır olması ise avantaj.

My opinion regarding octa

I might be harsh on them, but this is what I feel! The customer service needs improvements as soon as possible. The people who work as a support seem to know the topics, but the time it takes for them to respond is a lot. I can’t stand waiting, I take it as a disrespect towards myself… As for the trading, there wasn’t any big troubles. The spreads are not 0.6 pips, they are usually 1.2 pips for eur/usd, which is fine. Commissions are zero, that’s the advantage tho.
