The client noted that the funds had not been received by October 14, 2025. On that date, the withdrawal amount was automatically reversed to the client’s trading account, and the client submitted a new withdrawal request. As of October 17, 2025, we have confirmed that the funds were successfully credited to the client’s bank account, and the matter has been fully resolved.
