제가 너무 심하게 말하는 것일 수도 있지만, 이것이 제 진심입니다! 고객 서비스는 가능한 한 빨리 개선되어야 합니다. 지원팀 직원들은 해당 주제를 잘 알고 있는 것 같지만, 응답 시간이 너무 깁니다. 기다리는 걸 참을 수 없어요, 이건 저에 대한 무시라고 느껴집니다… 거래와 관련해서는 큰 문제가 없었습니다. 스프레드가 0.6핍이 아니라 보통 유로/달러 페어 기준 1.2핍인데, 이건 괜찮습니다. 수수료가 없는 건 장점이죠.

My opinion regarding octa
I might be harsh on them, but this is what I feel! The customer service needs improvements as soon as possible. The people who work as a support seem to know the topics, but the time it takes for them to respond is a lot. I can’t stand waiting, I take it as a disrespect towards myself… As for the trading, there wasn’t any big troubles. The spreads are not 0.6 pips, they are usually 1.2 pips for eur/usd, which is fine. Commissions are zero, that’s the advantage tho.
