Regarding your concern, please be informed that we have investigated the report regarding a withdrawal delay initially submitted on October 9, 2025. The client noted that the funds had not been received by October 14, 2025. On that date, the withdrawal amount was automatically reversed to the client’s trading account, and the client submitted a new withdrawal request.
As of October 17, 2025, we have confirmed that the funds were successfully credited to the client’s bank account, and the matter has been fully resolved.
We would like to reassure all clients that XM processes all withdrawal requests promptly in accordance with our standard procedures. Should any issues arise, clients are encouraged to contact their Account Manager via email for direct assistance and faster resolution.
