Potrei essere duro con loro, ma questo è ciò che sento! Il servizio clienti ha bisogno di miglioramenti il prima possibile. Le persone che lavorano come supporto sembrano conoscere gli argomenti, ma il tempo che impiegano per rispondere è troppo. Non sopporto di aspettare, lo prendo come una mancanza di rispetto nei miei confronti... Per quanto riguarda il trading, non ci sono stati grossi problemi. Gli spread non sono 0.6 pip, di solito sono 1.2 pip per eur/usd, il che va bene. Le commissioni sono zero, questo è il vantaggio però.

My opinion regarding octa

I might be harsh on them, but this is what I feel! The customer service needs improvements as soon as possible. The people who work as a support seem to know the topics, but the time it takes for them to respond is a lot. I can’t stand waiting, I take it as a disrespect towards myself… As for the trading, there wasn’t any big troubles. The spreads are not 0.6 pips, they are usually 1.2 pips for eur/usd, which is fine. Commissions are zero, that’s the advantage tho.
