I am an investor in Vietnam with ID 683568 on the Verbo Capital trading platform (https://www.verbocapitalmarket.com/contact/). I traded the XAUUSD currency pair. At 12:40 (15 Oct), the XAUUSD price on the Verbo Capital trading platform was manipulated and adjusted from 2653.4 to 2648.65, while at that time the XAUUSD price was correct and accurate on tradingview (vn.tradingview.com) and other trading platforms, which was 2653.4. Verbo Capital manipulated its own chart, intervened and adjusted the XAUUSD price, causing me to suffer significant financial losses. I had to close my trades with a total loss of $13,188. After I closed all my trades, the XAUUSD price returned to its normal and correct value. I sent an email to the Verbo Capital customer care team (info@verbocapitalmarket.com) on October 15, 2024, but I have not received a response.

Sàn gian nận can thiệp đồ thị điều chỉnh giá XAUUS

Tôi là nhà đầu tư tại quốc gia Việt Nam với ID 683568 trên sàn giao dịch Verbo Capital (https://www.verbocapitalmarket.com/contact/) Tôi đã giao dịch cặp tiền XAUUSD. Vào thời gian 12:40 (15 Oct) giá XAUUSD tại sàn giao dịch Verbo Capital bị sàn giao dịch gian lận can thiệp điều chỉnh giá từ 2653.4 xuống giá 2648.65 trong khi tại thời điểm đó giá XAUUSD đúng và chính xác trên tradingview (vn.tradingview.com) và các sàn giao dịch khác đang là 2653.4 Sàn Verbo Capital đã gian lận biểu đồ (chart) riêng, can thiệp điều chỉnh giá XAUUSD khiến tôi bị mất tiền thiệt hại nhiều. Tôi đã phải đóng lệnh giao dịch của tôi với tổng thiệt hại các lệnh là 13,188$. Sau khi tôi đã đóng tất cả lệnh giao dịch của tôi thì giá XAUUSD lại trở về bình thường về đúng giá. Tôi đã gửi email tới đội ngũ chăm sóc khách hàng Verbo Capital (info@verbocapitalmarket.com) từ ngày 15/10/2024 nhưng tôi chưa nhận được phản hồi.
