The app has been blocking our accounts for a long time, supposedly because it would start trading on the NY stock exchange. Until today, our accounts are still blocked because we supposedly have to pay a tax to the US government, which we have to pay directly through the app. They mention that the money has already paid the "tax", but we have to pay another "tax" on top of what has already been paid. When we try to withdraw our money, they mention that we are outside the withdrawal hours, for a long time.

La app bloqueo desde hace tiempo nuestras cuentas, porque supuestamente iniciaría a cotizar en la bolsa de NY, hasta el día de hoy seguimos bloqueadas nuestras cuentas; porque supuestamente tenemos que pagar un impuesto al gobierno de USA el cual tenemos que pagar directamente de la APP, nos mencionan que el dinero ya pago "impuesto", pero que debemos que pagar otro "impuesto" sobre el que ya se pagó. Cuando intentamos retirar nuestro dinero nos menciona que estamos fuera del horario de retiro, desde hace mucho tiempo
